What is Elite English?

Elite English is an online conversational English program led by Zakiya, an experienced facilitator. Classes are live, small-group sessions focused on building fluency and confidence.

How do the programs work?

We offer four clubs, each meeting once per week for 60 minutes. When you enroll, you purchase a 4-lesson bundle and join your chosen club starting from a week that suits you.

What clubs can I join?

  • Career English Club (Mondays, 8–9pm) – CVs, interviews, workplace English
  • Real Life English (Tuesdays, 8–9pm) – Everyday conversations for shopping, travel, and social life
  • Kids Talk Club (Wednesdays, 8–9pm) – Ages 7–12, games and stories
  • Teen Talk Sessions (Thursdays, 8–9pm) – Ages 13–18, debates and youth culture

What topics are covered?

Each club follows a structured curriculum with themes rotating weekly. You will cover 4 topics based on your chosen start week. Topics include real-world themes like Making a Powerful First Impression, Shopping & Budgeting, Story Time, and Problem Solving. Your exact topics will be listed in your welcome email after payment.

When does the program start?

The promotional offer starts on 15 September 2025 and runs until 6 November 2025. You can join any of the available start weeks during this period.

How much does it cost?

A 4-lesson bundle costs 600 TRY (introductory offer).

How do I pay?

Payments are made securely via PayFast (Visa/Mastercard).

Prices are shown in TRY. At checkout you'll see the ZAR amount that will be charged by PayFast.

We ensure you are never charged more than the advertised TRY price at our prevailing internal exchange rate.

In some PayFast screens, amounts may display in USD for reference; your actual charge is in ZAR.

Why do you charge in South African Rand (ZAR)?

We process payments through PayFast, a South African payment gateway that operates exclusively in ZAR.

Our business is registered in South Africa as Skills Alliance, trading as Learning IT Today, which enables us to offer secure, reliable payment processing.

Your ZAR amount is calculated using current exchange rates with a conservative buffer to ensure you never pay more than the advertised TRY price.

What if I miss a class?

You may miss up to 2 lessons per bundle. Missed lessons can be made up by joining a future session of the same club.

Can I get a refund?

Turkish customers: Cancel within 14 days for a full refund if you haven't attended a class.

International customers: Cancel within 7 days if you haven't attended a class. Partial refunds may be possible before your first class.

Processing: Refunds are processed within 30 days after approval.

No refunds once you've attended a session.

What do I need to join the classes?

You need:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A device that supports video calls
  • Access to Microsoft Teams (or similar)

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion after finishing your 4-lesson bundle.

Who runs the classes?

All live classes are facilitated by Zakiya, an experienced English language facilitator.
